How fast do you ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1 business day, and you'll get tracking by email.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Buy as little as one pack.
Will these labels work with my printer?
Each product lists compatible printers. If yours isn't listed, contact us with the model and we'll check.
What's the difference between direct thermal and thermal transfer?
Direct thermal labels need no ribbon and are ideal for shipping labels. Thermal transfer labels use a ribbon and last longer, which suits product and asset labels.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Quantity breaks apply automatically, and for case or pallet quantities you can request a quote.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. See our refund policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on US orders over $75.
